Our initial fee covers the first 60 minutes from when we arrive at your service address or when we meet to assess your situation. We accept all major forms of payment and PayPal for your convenience. Receipts are always provided for tax purposes.
Other services are offered by our Agents and are billed at the same rate. These rates will be explained to you by your Agent and are billed in the same fashion.
All service is billed at our standard hourly rates. Telephone consultations are billed as a one-hour minimum where a problem is addressed over the phone and you need assistance from us remotely.
Additional fees apply for evening, weekend or holiday calls -- just like any business, we have emergency service available 24/7/365. If you're looking for "mission critical" coverage, let us know and we can work out the details!
SCHEDULE OF SERVICE RATES:
Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm - standard rates
5pm - Midnight, Monday through Friday, 1.5x standard rates plus travel time and expenses, if any
Midnight-9am, Monday through Friday, 2x standard rates plus travel time and expenses, if any
Saturday and Sunday, 9am-5pm, 1.5x standard rates (unless under contract)
Evening and overnight rates start at 2x standard rates, plus travel time and expenses, if any Legal holiday rates, same as Saturday and Sunday rates (unless under contract)
